About us
Sembré Offshore Consulting is a Sweden-based marine service company located on Donsö.
We support shipowners and operators with project management in newbuilding and rebuilding of vessels, technical drawings, conversions and repairs.
Through our international network and trusted partners, we provide skilled personnel and technical expertise for both planned shipyard stays and urgent repair needs. We take pride in being flexible, solution-oriented and reliable, handling projects of all sizes with same level of commitment.
Where We Come From
Our roots go back to the mid 1900s on the island of Donsö, where several generations of our family worked in tanker shipping and helped build a strong maritime community. This heritage shaped our understanding of vessels, people and the commercial realities of the industry from an early age.
We spent many years at sea on oil tankers, gaining practical knowledge of daily operations and the challenges on board. On the shore side we worked in the office across key functions such as operations, chartering, bunkering and the financial responsibilities involved in running ships. This combination of experience has given us a broad and realistic view of the industry.
Today we remain firmly rooted in the shipping and oil industry while also expanding into wind offshore operations and project management. We continue to build on our long maritime background and are ready for new challenges in the industry. No task is too large when backed by generations of real experience.

Mechanical jobs:
We perform mechanical work on turbochargers, injection systems, injectors, and fuel pump timing. Our services include overhauling main engines, diesel generators, engine room equipment, deck machinery, and auxiliary systems. We also handle steering gear, propulsion systems, controllable pitch propellers, and stern tube maintenance.
Steel jobs:
We provide skilled steel, plate, and pipe fitters, as well as welders with and without Class Certificates. Our workforce also includes sandblasters, water blasters, and industrial painters.
Electrical jobs:
We provide Electrical Engineers for control systems, automation, and PLC systems (Siemens, ABB, DEIF, PMS, etc.).
We also supply Electricians and Electronics Engineers for engine room systems, deck equipment, and navigation equipment.
Our Marine Electricians handle overhauls and maintenance of various electrical machinery and equipment.
Refrigeration:
Air-conditioning plants and refrigeration systems.
